1. What kinds of vehicles can I donate?
We are happy take any kind of vehicle: cars, RV’s, trailers, boats, vans and trucks.
2. Will you accept a car that was involved in an accident?
Cars with collision damage will absolutely be accepted.
3. Will you accept a car that is not running?
No matter the car’s condition, we will accept it.
4. What about cars with a broken engine or other mechanical issues?
We will happily accept Junk Cars.
5. How do I arrange for my car to be picked up? Is there a fee?
All you need to do is tell us you’re donating your car and we’ll take care of the rest. We will arrange the pickup at no cost to you.
6. Do I need to be home during while my car donation is picked up?
You do not need to be home while your car donation is picked up. Just remember to remove all personal belongings and leave the keys and title in the glove compartment.
7. Does it take long to pick up my car?
Typically, the pickup time is within 24-48 hours of your call.
8. I don’t live in Boston. Can I still donate my car?
As long as you live anywhere in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii, you can absolutely donate your car with us.
